MARS handles single family resident homes, multi-unit residences, hotels, churches, government facilities, schools both public and private, small business and commercial buildings of all sizes. We manage the projects both as a prime contractor or a subcontractor to some of the biggest general contractors in the Midwest. We specialize in asbestos, mercury, mold and hazardous material abatement, as well as selective demolition.

MARS main approach is efficient performance while maintaining the safety both for our employees and clients, therefore we are staffed with highly trained supervisors and workers. Every staff member is OSHA-trained, certified by the IDPH, and licensed by the State of Illinois. Each employee is also required to complete an annual training as well as physical exams to ensure their continued health and the ability to perform the job safely. Staff members are required to have valid paperwork with them on each and every job site and to adhere to background checks as necessary. This guarantees that every client has a safe, qualified, and healthy staff on site.
